Blean Woodland Festival

Hope everyone is set for Sunday’s wonderful Blean Woodland Festival!  It’s a free event for all the family and I shall be there joining in the archery, tasting honey straight from the bees and maybe even trying out a bit of Morris Dancing!  It would be a pleasure to meet you, have my picture taken with you, and maybe even sit and have a cup of tea and debate how the summer’s shaping up!

A new job!

Please look out for your latest edition of Index magazine – it’s a free glossy mag that reaches tens of thousands of homes across the South East – and this month they’ve interviewed me about why I left the BBC, the naughtiest thing I did there and what I’m up to now. What’s more as of November, Index are challenging me to a monthly task where I will be sent out as their roving reporter – taking on a number of challenges and telling you all about it. I have been told to expect anything from mud to building sites, animals to gum shields! I can’t wait and very much look forward to bringing you lots of local stories. Look out for us in a town near you, and if you have any ideas for ‘Challenge Kaddy’ let me know here.
